Hydration: An Honest Overview

According to the US Environmental Protection Agency, 95 percent of North Americans are chronically dehydrated.

Listlessness, light-headedness, digestion problems, muscle cramps, joint and muscle pain and stiffness, headaches, hypertension (high blood pressure), heart palpitations, strokes, coma, and death are all symptoms of dehydration.

When the body is dehydrated, it clings to what it has by constricting blood vessels all over the body, reducing water loss through the skin and respiration and thereby conserving the body’s water supply. As the level of dehydration rises, this coping mechanism will fail.

The problem is that we believe liquids like coffee, tea, juice, pop, sports drinks, and processed drinks provide us with the benefits of hydration. And we certainly aren’t! What is the reason for this? Since these beverages all contain dehydrating ingredients such as caffeine, alcohol, sugar, artificial sweeteners, or other chemicals, they have the opposite effect of drinking pure hydrating water.

Here are some facts: Water makes up about 70% of an adult’s total body weight. We lose water by urination, sweat, breathing, vomiting, and diarrhoea on a daily basis. We need to replace this water, and we aren’t doing so fast enough.

We cannot be hydrated by tap or bottled water because the water clusters are too big to move through the cell wall. Furthermore, tap and bottled water are too acidic to maintain our pH balance, which is critical. Dehydration is the most common problem associated with almost any ailment. Drinking restructured water from an ioniser is the quickest way to stay hydrated (smaller water clusters means greater hydration).

Water ionisers are a type of device available on the market. They break down water clusters from 30 to 50 molecules per cluster to 3 to 5 molecules per cluster, allowing them to pass through the walls of our cells. This is referred to as Super-Hydration, and it makes a huge difference!
